When you create a Relearn account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in through a third-party provider (such as Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider.

When you use Relearn, we collect the questions you ask, your conversation history, and learning progress data. This information is used to personalize your learning experience and improve our AI tutor.

We automatically collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns (pages visited, time spent, features used). This helps us maintain and improve the platform.

We use your information to provide and personalize the Relearn learning experience, including adapting explanations to your level of understanding and tracking your progress across topics.

We use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve our AI models, develop new features, and understand how students interact with the platform. Individual conversations are not shared publicly or used to train models in a way that could identify you.

We may use your email address to send important service updates, security alerts, and (with your consent) occasional product updates. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption both in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Supabase for authentication and database services, which provides enterprise-grade security infrastructure.

We retain your account data and learning history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Relearn is designed for university and college-level students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
